I have watched this so called Martial Arts Master for awhile now and at first I thought he was a guy that understood the terms honor and respect for others, especially his students and fellow masters in the martial arts community. However it would seem that even the most shining example of integrity can have dark secrets, and this person has so many of them it boggles my mind to say the least. Here are just a few of this as I call him "Master Imposter" has in his little closet. He demands so much loyalty from his students but just one small hint that you are not kissing his arse 24/7 and he will bury you in an instant. I ahve seen him do this to more than one student over the dumbest misunderstandings. He has even gone as far as berating a couple of them on this forum as one of his middle names and thankfully people saw right through it. Even after the pathetic way he posted a comment with his real name which is just just pathetic to say the least. Now onto his throwing other martial arts masters under the bus. He came out with a book which I wouldn't buy to use as kindling for fire wood and another martial arts master was publishing a book as well. Well it turns out they used some artwork from a site and it turns out someone named "HatePlagiarism" went to every artist, even though most of the pieces looked like bad photoshoped pictures to me) and decided to snitch the other martial arts master out. Interesting enough this person's profile has the same birthday as out Master Imposter here and has the same e-mail(usjedi@hotmail.com). Coincidence...nope. Looks like little Alberto had to go to such lengths cause he was afraid of some competition. To me I didn't read the book but if it was about martial arts I would of bought it for the readings of the book, not for the "purdy pictures" I mean gimme a break if he's that worried about someone stealing his thunder. Oh and it would seem he didn't even try to communicate and it would seem was employed by the other martial arts master at the time and got caught hence this: "If you can, please remove my post from your artwork. I am in danger of being fired and sued over it. I will help you, but please remove to help me." and this guy talks about acting SHAMEFUL about others. Well how about you take a good look in the mirror buddy boy. Now for the big skeleton in his closet I'm sure people have seen the couple of karate instructors, and I use the term loosely, have been arrested for sexually assaulting kids, one has been charged and sentences and the other has been arrested pending trial. Come to find out THIS GUY HAS BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH THESE GUYS. Even the one Chris Horton he visited during the trial hearing and coached him to try to get a reduced sentence. Well since that kid got 90 years maybe he should rethink the strategy. Hey maybe offer up the coach on tampering with evidence, last I checked is a felony. So anybody wann take a guess when he is gonna be rated out? anyone? So lets go down the list on this sorry excuse for a martial arts master, he buries students, taints the reputations of other masters, even ones who give him a job, sabotages competition, associates with child molestors, and has no respect for the judicial system. Oh and cannot hold a job or pay bills since he's selling his car on his facebook account and admitted that he is unemployed. Just goes to show you that even the most respected man can show it as a weak facade. If any other martial arts master happen to read this please do the right thing and pull this scam artists credentials and give him the boot or whatever you gotta do so nobody else has to suffer at this piece of trash. Oh and don't bother writting a rebuttle Alberto cause I think you need all the energy to explain yourself. Sionara BITCH!!

Very rare find in somewhere like this in the Comox Valley. I have been doing martial arts for a few years now, and after discontinuing Taekwondo I went through a 2 year dry spell of being unable to find any good instructors. Not only is Sato Sensei a good instructor, he is a a phenomenal one! Sensei is very keen to impart his knowledge and experience attained through his degree in Kinesiology, personal training, yoga instructing, and of course Karate! He is very approachable with a friendly demeanor, very precise when teaching kihon to ensure minimal bad habits are picked up early on. Overall, I would highly suggest Sato Sensei to anyone I know and intend to enjoy the fun yet challenging atmosphere that he has created.
